ORANGE SHIRT DAY
On September 30, Orange Shirt Day promotes awareness about the Indian residential school system still impacting Native American communities in the United States and Canada. The day honors the children forced into Indian boarding schools. In addition, the day also remembers those who never returned home.​

Story time is held every Thursday from 10-11 AM. Regular Program September through Mid-May: Story Time is held every Thursday from 10:00am - 11:00am. Along with stories, children participate in singing, dancing, and craft activities. Story time is located in the Horizon room and hosted by Nicole Morocco and Amy Hanson from the library.
