The Glasgow City-County Public Library is happy to announce our next phase in reopening. The library is open inside back to our normal operating hours. The library is open from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Friday and from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
The following measures are being instituted:
Patron’s are asked to please use the book drop or return items on a designated cart that is set aside when entering the library. Please do not return items to the circ desk because they are being cleaned and quarantined before checking-in and re-shelving.
Patrons are asked not to linger. To drop off items and get what is needed. To follow social distancing rules.
Interlibrary loan services are paused until further notice. These valuable services will start when other libraries open back up to loaning and borrowing.
If you are uncomfortable coming inside the library, we are happy to fulfill your items at the curbside. Please make prior arrangements with us: call, email or submit an online hold.
Access to digital materials from Montanalibrary2GO will continue as unlimited.
Wi-Fi is always on and can be accessed from the curbside.
The copy machine, fax and printers are currently not accessible to the public. However, let library staff know what you need and someone will be happy to help.
If you need proctoring services, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
The public computers and card catalog have been shut down temporarily. If there is something urgent and business related, patrons are asked to let the staff know.
If you have any questions, please contact us by phone:
228-2731 or email us through our website: www.glasgowlibrary.org.
We strive to inspire lifelong learning, advance knowledge, and strengthen our community.
