Masks or face covering use required for ages five and older when entering the Glasgow City-County Library. Governor Bullock issued an executive order on July 15, 2020 requiring the use of masks for counties with four or more active COVID-19 cases. To check the status of Valley County and other Montana counties, select the blue button provided above: Montana Response. Visit covid19.mt.gov for more information.
The following measures are being instituted:
Patron’s are asked to please use the book drop or return items on a designated cart that is set aside when entering the library. Please do not return items to the circ desk because they are being cleaned and quarantined before checking-in and re-shelving.
Patrons are asked not to linger. To drop off items and get what is needed. To follow social distancing rules.
Interlibrary loan services are open but limited until other libraries open back up to loaning and borrowing.
If you are uncomfortable coming inside the library, we are happy to fulfill your items at the curbside. Please make prior arrangements with us: call, email or submit an online hold.
Access to digital materials from Montanalibrary2GO will continue as unlimited.
Wi-Fi is always on and can be accessed from the curbside.
The copy machine, fax and printers are currently not accessible to the public. However, let library staff know what you need and someone will be happy to help.
If you need proctoring services, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
The public computers and card catalog have been shut down. If there is something urgent and business related, patrons are asked to let the staff know. Library staff can assist you if needed.
